The tower will also feature co-working areas, private meeting rooms, a podcast studio, and a lobby lounge with bar, gourmet coffee, and snack service, complemented by 24/7 valet and concierge services.

French Interior Design Firm Liaigre’s First Branded Residences Will Open With Capella Hotels and Resorts in Florence

And now, the design firm are launching their first branded residences in Florence- set to be complete in 2027. The new residences will be located within a medieval era property, and feature 89 hotel rooms/suites and 10 branded residences designed by Liaigre.
