The Residences Report: June

Long gone are traditional spaces to call home. Now, residents are craving wellness spaces and immersive workshops that are all the rage in Scandinavian countries. Nestled on Revere’s waterfront, a 291-luxury apartment community just launched. Timbre Thermal Retreat, a residency rooted in global thermal cycling traditions, officially selected Gibson Point as the location for its inaugural Greater Boston opening. Welcoming both residents and the public, Timbre’s weekly workshops incorporate sauna, cold plunge, breathwork, and shared international rituals that foster restoration and connection.

As wellness-focused developments gain momentum, luxury living in Florida is also taking on a fresh identity- this time through a high-profile collaboration bringing a new wave of branded residences to Hallandale Beach.

PPG Development, BH3 Management, and Ennismore come together, as the first standalone Mondrian branded residences launched in Florida is announced. Located along Diplomat Parkway, Mondrian Hallandale Beach offers one-four bedroom condos and penthouses. Fitness is top priority, as amenities include tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, a golf simulator, and a fitness center. For socializing and relaxation, there’s also a swimming pool with a fire pit and cabanas, wine lounge, spa, coworking spaces, community lounges and playrooms for kids/teens.

Just as the Mondrian brand brings lifestyle-forward luxury to Florida, another innovative hospitality concept is making its way to Miami’s Design District with a fusion of art, wellness, and global flair.

The Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood

The Cloud One Hotels, a celebrated Germany-based lifestyle hotel brand, has announced the official launch of sales at The Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. Residents can expect sweeping views of the skyline, high-end design by globally acclaimed interior design firm,  MAWD | March and White Design, experiential amenities including a serene rooftop retreat, and access to the city’s premier dining, nightlife, and cultural experiences. The lush rooftop will feature a rooftop swimming pool and deck with food and beverage service, indoor-outdoor restaurant and bar, and a full fitness center with a dedicated outdoor yoga and stretching area,  steam room, sauna, and more. The project is expected to be completed in late 2027.

Further north along the coastline, a more tranquil take on waterfront living emerges in Hollywood, where a new development is embracing nature-inspired design and elevated coastal amenities.

Icon Beach

Nestled in a quiet area of Hollywood’s beautiful shoreline, Icon Beach will offer a collection of 350, one-to-three bedroom waterfront residences ranging from 948 square feet to 2,580 square feet. Indoor-outdoor living shines through in the floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding glass doors, and open, light-filled master bedrooms. Interiors by Meyer Davis feature custom Italian cabinetry, imported finishes, and organic textures. The Residences are home to 30,000 square feet of amenities- among them, access to an on-site marina, full-service beach club, world-class health club, spa, and wellness center. There will also be an expansive pool deck, complete with outdoor cinema and summer kitchens, waterfront event space, yoga deck, and a curated collection of museum-quality pieces from the Jorge M. Pérez Contemporary Art Collection.

Capping off this wave of forward-thinking developments, Pagani enters the scene with a design-driven residential concept that fuses automotive artistry with architectural elegance in the heart of Miami.

Pagani Residences

A sneak peak of the Pagani Residences project in Miami, as the brand reveals renderings of their façade, designed by the visionary behind the brand, Horacio Pagani. The garage façade is crafted from perforated aluminum with elliptical holes, inspired by the iconic Pagani Ellipse- an emblematic shape that defines the Pagani brand. Layered with metal eyebrows, the façade forms a wave-like structure that adds depth and texture. The design of the parking pedestal mirrors the same commitment to precision and harmony. By integrating elliptical patterns into the structure, the design not only provides optimal ventilation but also allows natural light to flow freely into the surrounding spaces.
