This Privacy Policy explains how Brand Paradise LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as Branded Living, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our Services, including brandedliving.co, Branded Living Pro (BL Pro), The Edit newsletter, and any related products or services.

1. Who We Are

Brand Paradise LLC is a media and data company registered in Puerto Rico. We publish the Branded Living editorial platform and operate BL Pro, an AI-powered data platform serving the global branded residences industry.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you give us directly, which may include:

  • Name and email address (newsletter subscriptions, account registration)

  • Company name, job title, and professional details (BL Pro accounts)

  • Payment information — processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers

  • Communications you send us, including press inquiries, partnership inquiries, and support requests

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or use our Services, we automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information (type, operating system, settings)

  • IP address and approximate location

  • Usage data (pages visited, time spent, links clicked, search terms used within the Services)

  • Referral source, including traffic from AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini

 

We collect this information using cookies, web beacons, and analytics tools including Google Analytics. See Section 6 for more on cookies.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We do not purchase or obtain personal data from third-party data brokers. We may receive information about you from third-party platforms you use to interact with us (for example, if you contact us via LinkedIn or social media).

7. Branded Living Pro and AI Features

BL Pro uses AI-assisted tools to surface, analyze, and present data about the branded residences sector. We process usage data within BL Pro to improve platform performance and relevance. We do not use subscriber data to train external AI models or share it with AI model providers for training purposes.

 

BL Pro data and outputs are for your internal business use. We retain usage logs to maintain platform security, diagnose issues, and improve the product.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When you close your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

 

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.

 

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on standard contractual clauses and other appropriate transfer mechanisms where required.

11.2 EEA, UK, and Swiss Residents

In addition to the above, you have rights under GDPR and UK GDPR including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11.3 US State Residents

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with applicable privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal data). 11.4 How to Exercise Your Rights

To make a privacy request, email publisher@brandedliving.co with your name, contact information, and a description of your request. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

12. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

13. Do Not Track

Our Services do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, as no uniform standard has been established. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law.

14. California “Shine the Light”

California residents may request information about personal information shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
