The industry-leading design was headed by Thomas Juul-Hansen. World renowned for his signature design philosophy, Thomas leaned into merging natural materials with an aesthetic that is engineered for the present, while staying in a style that transcends time.
“Everything is scaled in a very grand format; it’s classic, it’s modern, it’s personal, and it’s thoughtful. Everything is custom designed in this project, from the baseboards to the trim that goes around the door to the kitchen. The design extends to all 17 of the new residences, all accessed by private elevator entrance. Residents are greeted by large entry foyers, adorned with floor to ceiling windows. The kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and shared living spaces are all thought out to the smallest detail. The kitchens are built with industry-leading appliances from Sub-Zero and Wolf. Several of the condos have twin oversized islands alongside custom millwork from Molteni & C, with the same white stone that was used to build the Parthenon in Greece.
