Kimpton, a key brand within IHG Hotels & Resorts’ luxury and lifestyle portfolio, has revealed plans for a new boutique luxury hotel and branded residences in the vibrant city of Monterrey. The upcoming Kimpton Monterrey will be the brand’s sixth property in Mexico and will occupy the newly developed Torre Rise, set to become the tallest tower in Latin America. Scheduled to open in 2026, the property will offer a sophisticated addition to the region’s growing urban landscape.

Kimpton Monterrey, owned by Grupo Alora and operated by Marca Hotel Solutions, will boast 120 chic guest rooms and 60 private residences, furthering IHG’s growth in the branded residences sector.
