Experience the stunning Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Dubai
Tucked away on a secluded marina, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab opened its doors on March 14th in Dubai. The 82 private residences offer views of the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab on Dubai’s most exclusive private beach. Rooms are designed in a one, two, or three-bedroom configuration, from 850-sqft for a one-bedroom to 2,465-sq ft for a three-bedroom panoramic residence. Ultra-modern amenities meet lush landscapes in the perfect blend of elegance and craftsmanship.
A global leader in the luxury hospitality sector, Jumeirah boasts an impressive collection of 30 properties across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia. With the opening of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in 1999, the brand changed the face of luxury hospitality with the tallest hotel in the world ranking as a seven-star property. Known for its exclusive beachfront resorts, city hotels, and luxury residences, the brand goes above and beyond to ensure high-level service and purposeful experiences across the globe.

Heavily influenced by the dynamic movement of superyachts, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab shows fluid lines and curvatures that somehow capture the movement of a yacht gliding through the ocean. With an impressive portfolio of projects from the Museum of the Future to his collaboration with British architect Tom Wright on the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, architect Shaun Killa produces statement architecture that stands out, and Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is a testament to this.
The interiors were brought to life through a collaboration with renowned design companies HBA, AVROKO, and LTW Designworks, known for their exceptional contributions to luxury interiors worldwide. This partnership ensured that the design reflects Jumeirah’s aesthetic vision while incorporating functionality and innovation at every level.

Inspired by nautical glamor, golden hues and soft tones mimic the desert sands and the light tones of the setting sun. Bespoke furniture, marble surfaces, organic wood textures, and hand-blown crystal lighting fixtures underscore the property’s refined appeal. All rooms feature spacious terraces with iconic views of the marina, ocean, city skyline, and even the towering Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. At the heart of the hotel, the Breeze installation by CRSTL Studio exemplifies Jumeirah’s commitment to exceptional and culturally rich experiences. Displayed in both the Arrival and Reception Lobbies, it features 1,646 handcrafted crystal tubes.
Bathed in natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows, Talise is a sanctuary for self discovery. Spanning across three floors with a dedicated female-only floor, treatment suites with private terraces, a 20-metre indoor pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Across 11 restaurants, the resort unveils a curated collection of refined dining venues, offering everything from leisurely breakfasts to evening culinary experiences. Guests can expect Mediterranean coastal cuisines, European-inspired fare, or the culinary artistry of Asia.

The opening of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab marks a significant milestone in Dubai’s luxury hospitality scene. With its breathtaking design, world-class amenities, and exceptional service, this iconic resort sets a new standard for opulence and sophistication in the heart of Dubai’s pristine coastline.
