Where legendary hospitality meets oceanfront living
Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Meier, Four Seasons Residences at The Surf Club is intimately scaled at just 12 stories, featuring two residential towers and a Four Seasons Hotel rising above the historical Surf Club, designed by Russell Pancoast in 1930.
The 150 Residences, ranging in size from 1,800 square feet to 7,800 square feet, feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls and up to twenty-foot-high ceilings with expansive, luminous living spaces and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. Richard Meier has distinguished each Private Residence with his special attention to detail, creating fifty-one unique floor plans.
The Hotel Residences feature custom Joseph Dirand furniture. Once purchased, the hotel residence owner has freedom over how and when to participate in the Four Seasons rental program.
