Mercedes-Benz Places and JDS Development reveal branded real-estate project in Miami
Mercedes-Benz, JDS Development Group, and GV Development celebrate the launch of sales for the second tower at Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami. On February 5th the official opening of the specially commissioned Sales Gallery together with the unveiling of the prestigious Silver Arrow Lounge took place.
“We’re delighted to be launching the second tower at Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami – the international demand and sales to date have been extremely positive. It is a privilege to work with Mercedes-Benz to create a brand new, design-led community for the future underpinned by sustainable building methods. Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami is set to change the skyline of Brickell and create an entirely new neighbourhood in one of the world’s most exciting real-estate markets,” says Michael Stern, Founder and CEO of JDS Development Group.
After 100 units of Tower 1 were purchased in just four days back in 2024, the launch of Tower 2 is highly anticipated and is one of the largest projects currently under construction in Miami. The 67-storey building sits at more than 2.5 million square feet, with a resident-only rooftop space featuring a 16-meter swimming pool and designs inspired by the classic Mercedes-Benz “Silver Arrows” racing cars- all of which were unveiled within the sales gallery. A homage to the racing cars that debuted at the 1934 Grand Prix, the Silver Arrow Lounge showcases floor-to-ceiling windows, polished metal designs, and hand-painted murals.
“The architecture of Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami reflects the timeless tradition of our Design Philosophy of Sensual Purity and infuses iconic potential into luxury living. We are transferring our significant automotive design expertise into architecture and with that make a strong and different timeless statement. Creating such a landmark in an iconic city like Miami is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and an honor to do and makes a bold statement in modern urban living in one of the most exciting cities.” Gorden Wagener, Chief Design Officer, Mercedes-Benz Group AG.
Set for completion in 2028 with architecture by ShOP, Tower Two prices start at $750k for a one bedroom via SERHANT. Mercedes-Benz Places Miami will become Brickell’s largest development, and is the brand’s debut development in the US.
