Developed through a partnership between Valanti Group and Ennismore, the much anticipated build will take place in one of the city’s most prestigious neighborhoods, with an unveiling scheduled for early 2026. Between Valanti’s prestigious reputation and Ennismore’s portfolio, the goal is to redefine what branded residences can offer in the region. SLS Residences Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 will no doubt follow the ethos of the brand, through playful yet elevated designs and immersive social spaces. 

Meanwhile in Central America, Belize Welcomes Six Senses Residences to the Shores of Ambergris Caye…

From an island retreat to a new build in a big city, Nobu Manchester Breaks Ground in the UK…

We announced the news of Nobu Barbuda set to open this year, and now the brand is taking its talents across the pond to the U.K. Co-founded by Robert De Niro and Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Nobu Residences Manchester will feature the UK’s tallest building outside London, as well as a signature Nobu restaurant, a 160-room hotel and 452 Branded Residences. A cultural metropolis just north of London, Manchester is known for its industrial heritage- which will be evident in the design through centuries-old architecture and modern cuisines. Nobu Hospitality’s Shareholders, commented: “Breaking ground in Manchester is a defining moment for Nobu in the UK — our first venture beyond London, and the introduction of Nobu Residences to this market. This landmark project — encompassing a hotel, restaurant and residences — marks the debut of Nobu Residences in the United Kingdom.”

Meanwhile back in Asia, Banyan Group unveils their new residential brand…

A pioneer in upscale residences, Banyan Group recently announced Bellaguna- a collection of residences designed for year-round living in Phuket. The first project within the brand is the Bellaguna Lake Residences – Lotus, situated on a beautiful lake within Laguna Phuket. “Standalone premium residences have become a rapidly expanding part of our business, and it was important to create a dedicated identity for this segment,” said Stuart Reading, Managing Director of Banyan Group Residences. “Bellaguna marks a new chapter in our evolution – offering refined homes that answer the needs of today’s international lifestyles while maintaining the service standards Banyan Group is known for.”

Big news for Abu Dhabi, as Royal Development Holding & Radisson Hotel Group unveil Radisson Residences Al Reem Island. Set along a secluded waterfront edge and only 20 minutes to the city center, the property is channeling sophistication with nature-first design- think large balconies, water views, and a mangrove canopy. We’ve seen it with Jacob & Co, Fendi, Aston Martin, Porsche, and Missoni… and now Bugatti is the next to enter the fast-growing world of branded residences. Announcing its first residential tower in Dubai with the Bugatti Residences by Binghatti. Driven by extreme brand loyalty,  the buyer list already includes the likes of Brazilian football star Neymar Junior and opera singer Andrea Bocelli. “For many car or watch enthusiasts, it’s not just about owning the vehicle or the timepiece, but experiencing the brand in their everyday life through real estate,” says Muhammed BinGhatti, chairman of Binghatti Properties.

Who wouldn’t want to live along the European coast? It seems two countries have already keyed into the growing demand for homes abroad. With 66 active projects and over 4,100 units, Spain and Portugal are dominating in the European market. Spain’s primary focus is along the Costa del Sol in Malaga/Marbella, while Portugal focuses on the Algarve region.
