Set to launch in 2027, the Chable Hotel projects will be located in Costalegre (Jalisco), Valle de Guadalupe (Baja California) and Yucatan near Merida. Meanwhile across the pond in Europe, Missoni unveils its first branded residences…

The Italian fashion houses’ new project includes an array of houses, apartments and villas, all set along the dreamy landscape of Lisbon’s Southern Coast. Here, buyers get the best of both worlds: a relaxing ocean getaway only 30 minutes from the city center. Chief architect Ana Costa, working with Pedro Domingos and João Favila Meneses, uses wood, stone, and neutral palettes to mimic the feel of Portugal’s natural surroundings. The project is expected to be completed by 2028.

In collaboration with Marriott International, Ambar Residences Orlando marks a fresh era of residential home ownership in Orlando–elevating the standard for one of the U.S.’s top tourism destinations.
