Canopy by Hilton Heads to Deer Valley
Utah is welcoming its first Canopy by Hilton brand hotel to the state. Developed by Extell Development Company, they are excited to announce the agreement to be creating the first luxury alpine village since 1981.
Amenities that come with being in an alpine village are plentiful, but the Canopy by Hilton promise that their guests will have ease of access to the slopes combined with bountiful options for apres-ski and restaurants. The hotel itself will be offering their very own apres-ski lounge, a coffee shop, a restaurant that will be a culinary hotspot, and a stunning rooftop lounge for relaxing and admiring the surrounding scenery.
They continue to impress with seasonal amenities that will feature a ski reception lobby and ski locker room, while also making sure guests year round will be satisfied. Other features include a pool and hot tub, accompanied by steam and sauna room. There will be a fitness and golf center for those looking for different ways to stay active, as well as meeting and conference rooms. Also provided, is a parking garage, consisting of two levels and 176 stalls.

The Richardson Design Partnership and interior design by DLR/Brayton Hughes will be in charge of the design of the Canopy Hotel. Their inspiration lies in the history of the town, being an up and coming destination ski area that happened to be in a silver mining town, combined with the artistry taken right from the surrounding landscapes.
Being right next to Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley Resort, Canopy by Hilton promises excellence in location. Located about a 40 minute drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport, this destination is perfect for everyone wanting to travel year round. For the upcoming 2025/2026 ski season, Deer Valley has 10 new chairlifts and 100 new ski runs in the works, promising to almost double the size of the mountain itself.
