Out of retirement and back into a big project for Ritz-Carlton, which opens in early 2026, we asked developer, Dan Catalfumo about his affinity for the Ritz-Carlton brand and what this development brings to the luxury market in Palm Beach.

There’s an authenticity to how they treat their guests that goes beyond hospitality, it’s a culture of anticipating needs and creating experiences that feel effortless. As a developer, I saw an opportunity to bring that same level of excellence into a residential setting.
