Danish architect Thomas Juul-Hansen brings his globally recognized touch to both the exterior and interiors, using materials of the highest quality to create a space that is both contemporary and classic. The building is constructed with Jura limestone sourced from Germany and marble hand-selected from Greece, including Dionysos white marble used in the kitchens—the same stone that graces the Parthenon.
Each of the 17 homes, ranging from 3,000 to over 7,000 square feet, features direct elevator access, oversized kitchens with custom double islands by Molteni&C, and expansive terraces designed to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living.
